Sumida K, et al. - This study represented an attempt to gain insight into the associations of changes in albuminuria with the risk of kidney events outside the settings of clinical trials. Findings demonstrated a linear association between relative changes in albuminuria over a 1-year interval and subsequent risk of kidney outcomes.
