Center-related variation in cardiac stress testing in the 18 months prior to renal transplantation

JAMA Aug 12, 2019

Shpigel AA, et al. - Researchers sought for the factors that are predictive of and for variation in stress testing in the 18 months prior to renal transplantation. In many renal transplant centers, patients are assessed for ischemic heart disease in the pretransplant evaluation as ischemic heart disease occurs in approximately 40% of patients with end-stage renal disease.
