Xiao AJ, et al. - Dosing regimens for ceftolozane/tazobactam were assessed in obese patients with complicated intra-abdominal infection or complicated urinary tract infection. Researchers used Monte Carlo simulation to calculate the probability of target attainment. Findings suggested that the approved dosing regimens of ceftolozane/tazobactam can achieve adequate target attainment and high clinical cure rates among these patients after adjusting according to renal function.
