Saygin C, et al. – This study was designed to find out if CD55 regulated self–renewal and cisplatin resistance in endometrioid tumors. In this study, CD55 was highlighted as a unique signaling node. Offering an opportunity to target both signaling pathways in endometrioid tumors, CD55 driven self–renewal and therapeutic resistance through a bifurcating signaling axis.
