Bae SC, et al. - Using the inverse-variance weighted (IVW), weighted median, and Mendelian randomization (MR)-Egger regression methods, researchers conducted two-sample MR analysis to investigate whether body mass index (BMI) is causally correlated with rheumatoid arthritis (RA). According to results of the MR analysis, BMI may be causally linked to an increased risk of RA.
