Huang KH, et al. - The role of caspase-3 in gastric cancer was investigated. In this work, caspase-3 expression was observed to be related to favorable clinicopathologic features and a positive prognosis after curative surgery in gastric cancer patients. In human gastric cancer, c-3 may act as a tumor suppressor.
