Mishra P, et al. - A scrutiny was performed, wherein, researchers assessed the impact of capsulotomy as a measure of pain relief and hemarthrosis prevention in the arthroscopic double-bundle anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction. It was inferred that as a measure of pain relief and hemarthrosis management in arthroscopic ACL reconstruction surgeries, capsulotomy represents a safe and effective option.
