European Journal of Neurology Dec 14, 2017

Allali G, et al. - The authors designed this cross-sectional study to compare gait changes after CSF tap test between normal pressure hydrocephalus patients with and without brain comorbidities (respectively NPH+ and NPH). Later, they identified significant contributors to poor CSF tap test among individuals with NPH+. Following CSF tap test, brain comorbidities influenced gait improvement in NPH patients. This influence was driven by Alzheimer's disease-related pathology.
