Hidayat K et al. -While it has been established that excess body fatness in adulthood is positively associated with the risk of colorectal cancer, the association between body fat in adults ≤ 30 years of age and the risk of colorectal cancer is unknown. In the current study, body fatness at an early age was shown to affect colon cancer risk later in life.
