Biological aspects and candidate biomarkers for rapid-cycling in bipolar disorder: A systematic review

Buoli M, et al. - A systematic review was conducted which aimed to provide an updated analysis of biological markers associated with the rapid-cycling bipolar disorder. The findings from the present study suggested that rapid-cycling bipolar patients could present more endocrine dysregulations than bipolar subjects without rapid-cycling.
