Mantovani M, et al. – The surgeons illustrated their experience with the Alianza technique in mild to moderate obstructive sleep apnea syndrome (OSAS) patients with concentric pharyngeal collapse at the velum. Their findings indicated that the Alianza was probably an effective and safe technique for the treatment of mild to moderate OSAS.
