Nasr MM, et al. - The safety and efficacy of Bacillus Calmette-Guerin, polysaccharide nucleic acid (BCG-PSN) therapy for treating the oral and cutaneous lichen planus (LP) were assessed in this study. After 3-week management, maximum number of cases attained a complete response. It was noted that in the treatment of oral and cutaneous LP, BCG-PNS was safe and effective.
