B cell phenotypes in patients with rheumatoid arthritis relapsing after Rituximab: Expression of B cell activating factor-binding receptors on B cell subsets
Clinical and Experimental Immunology Aug 19, 2017
Becerra E, et al. – This study aimed at assessing B cell phenotypes in patients with rheumatoid arthritis relapsing after Rituximab. As per observations, relapse following B cell return appeared largely independent of the %BAFFR or %BCMA positive B cells or serum B cell activating factor (BAFF) levels. Recovery of the B cell pool was more complete, in patients relapsing at longer periods after B cell return.
