Autoreactive T cells to citrullinated HSP90 are associated with interstitial lung disease in rheumatoid arthritis
International Journal of Rheumatic Diseases Jul 13, 2018
Chen J, et al. - Authors evaluated the contribution of anti-citrullinated heat shock protein 90β (citHSP90β) -specific T cells in shaping the immune repertoire of rheumatoid arthritis-associated interstitial lung disease (RA-ILD). Overall, a bias was demonstrated by the production of IFN-λ by T cells stimulated with citHSP90β toward TH1 immune responses that have a likely involvement in the pathogenesis of RA-ILD.
