Nagata C, et al. - The cross-sectional associations between dietary acrylamide intake and sex hormone levels among preschool-age Japanese children were investigated. In preschool-age boys, acrylamide intake could alter androgen metabolism. The findings needed confirmation in further investigations as this was the first observation.
