Woo Baidal JA, et al. - The clinicians examined the hypothesis that higher alpha-tocopherol intake during early childhood was correlated with lower odds of elevated alanine aminotransferase (ALT) levels during mid-childhood, and investigated how body mass index (BMI) influenced these relationships. They found an association between higher early childhood intake of alpha-tocopherol and lower odds of elevated mid-childhood ALT level.
