Individuals with vegetation size greater than 10 mm exhibited substantially increased odds of embolism and mortality. Clinicians could adequately risk stratify the patients by comprehending the risk of embolization. It would also enable discussions regarding surgery in patients with a vegetation size greater than 10 mm.
