Sayed Z, et al. - This research intended to examine the correlation between margin status and surgical approach with oncologic outcomes, in patients with sinonasal mucosal melanoma (SMM) undergoing gross total resection. It was concluded that the outcomes for patients with SMM were persistently poor irrespective of the operative approach or postoperative margin status.
