Association of glioma grading with inflow-based vascular-space-occupancy MRI: A preliminary study at 3T
Journal of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Apr 15, 2019
Li X, et al. - In predicting histologic grades of cerebral gliomas, researchers evaluated the diagnostic performance of inflow-based vascular-space-occupancy (iVASO) MRI [a noninvasive perfusion technique that does not require exogenous contrast agents administration] implemented at 3T. For statistical analysis, Kruskal–Wallis test, Mann–Whitney test, and receiver operating characteristics (ROC) curve were used. According to this retrospective study, iVASO MRI could be used to help determine and predict glioma grade.
