Association of age and pediatric household transmission of SARS-CoV-2 infection

Paul LA, Daneman N, Schwartz KL, et al. - Risk of transmitting SARS-CoV-2 from younger children to caregivers and siblings in the household may be greater than older children.
A total of 6,280 households with pediatric index cases were included in this population-based cohort study.
The adjusted odds of household transmission by children aged 0 to 3 years was 1.43 relative to children aged 14 to 17 years.
