Gray N, et al. - This study investigated the presence of an increased risk of bone fracture related to inhaled corticosteroid use in children with asthma. The findings disclosed a prominent link between systemic corticosteroids with increased odds of fracture in the pediatric asthma population. This was not noted with inhaled corticosteroids.
