Li YH, et al. - In a study sample of children aged 3–7 years who underwent adenotonsillectomy, the findings of fentanyl test performed before extubation led researchers to conclude that less morphine is required to achieve comfort in children with a positive result after a fentanyl test vs those with a negative result.
