Data demonstrated that cutaneous regeneration on both the clinical and histological level was accelerated and improved by the use of the regenerative serum after fractional laser on the face and the benefits of the laser procedure were maximized. On histological examinations, experts noted that compared to placebo, a superior thickness of epidermis and higher cellular proliferation rate (Ki67 markers), as well as a superior thickness of dermis with higher increase in elastin density with the regenerative serum was seen.
