He H, et al. – This study entailed the assessment of the duplicate notifiable reporting of hepatitis B virus (HBV) infection in Zhejiang province, China, 2005Â2015. Results revealed the prevalence of the duplicated reporting of HBV infection in Zhejiang, China. It was found to involved in a higher HBV infection prevalence than its real value. In order to obtain an accurate estimate of HBV disease burden in China, there appeared a strong need to improve the data collection, deletion of duplications, and HBV classification during HBV surveillance.
