Zacharakis D, et al. - This study is performed to evaluate any changes in overactive bladder (OAB) symptoms among women with pelvic organ prolapse (POP) and OAB after successful pessary placement. The outcome suggests women with coexisting POP and OAB symptoms may experience an important improvement in micturition frequency and in urgency and frequency symptoms after successful pessary fitting.
