Laroni A, et al. - This real-life multicenter study was performed to evaluate whether the presence of concomitant diseases at multiple sclerosis (MS) diagnosis was correlated with the choice and the treatment persistence in an Italian MS cohort. As they were correlated with lower persistence on treatment, comorbidities at diagnosis needed to be taken into account at the first treatment choice.
