Wright D, et al. - This study is performed to investigate the effect of compliance on the beneficial impact of aspirin in prevention of preterm preeclampsia in the Combined Multimarker Screening and Randomized Patient Treatment with Aspirin for Evidence-Based Preeclampsia Prevention (ASPRE) trial. The current study showed that the beneficial impact of aspirin in the prevention of preterm pre-eclampsia seems to depend on compliance.
