Asparaginase-like protein 1 expression in curettage independently predicts lymph node metastasis in endometrial carcinoma: A multicenter study
BJOG: An International Journal of Obstetrics and Gynaecology Jul 16, 2018
Fonnes T, et al. - Considering the significance of correct preoperative identification of high-risk patients in optimizing surgical treatment and improving survival, researchers investigated the predictive efficacy of asparaginase-like protein 1 (ASRGL1) expression in curettage for lymph node metastases and poor outcome. Determining ASRGL1 expression in curettage specimens from 1,144 patients by immunohistochemistry revealed that lymph node metastases and poor disease-specific survival is independently predicted by low expression of ASRGL1 in curettage.
