Smith MH, et al. - This retrospective review was performed to gain a better understanding of musculoskeletal manifestations of immune-related adverse events (irAEs) after checkpoint inhibitor immunotherapy for cancer. Manifestations of musculoskeletal irAEs included RA-like polyarthritis, oligoarthritis, tenosynovitis, or PMR. In patients with musculoskeletal irAEs, symptoms can last more than a year but can generally be managed with low to moderate doses of corticosteroids.
