Arterial spin-labeling in children with brain tumor: A meta-analysis
American Journal of Neuroradiology Aug 21, 2018
Delgado AF, et al. - Experts conducted a meta-analysis to evaluate the diagnostic accuracy of arterial spin-labeling-derived cerebral blood flow to discriminate between low- and high-grade tumors via a search of MEDLINE, EMBASE, the Web of Science Core Collection, and the Cochrane Library. In pediatric patients with brain tumors, arterial spin-labeling–derived CBF measures displayed high diagnostic accuracy for discriminating low- and high-grade tumors. Findings revealed that the relative CBF demonstrated less variation among studies vs the absolute CBF.
