Anxiety symptoms predicted decline in episodic memory in cognitively healthy older adults: A 3-year prospective study
International Journal of Geriatric Psychiatry Jan 19, 2018

Over a 3-year interval, anxious healthy older adults indicated a specific decline in episodic memory. The outcomes proposed that in cognitively healthy older adults, anxiety symptoms were predictive of episodic memory decline and could be an early sign of neurodegenerative disorders.
