BMJ Open | Sep 15, 2017
Siemieniuk RA, et al. - This systematic review was conducted to evaluate the impact of various antiretroviral/antiviral regimens in pregnant women living with HIV or hepatitis B virus (HBV). In investigations, tenofovir/emtricitabine was likely to increase stillbirth/early neonatal death and early premature delivery compared with zidovudine/lamivudine, but the certainty was low when they were not coprescribed with lopinavir/ritonavir. However, between antiretrovirals, other outcomes were appeared to be similar.
