Anti-adalimumab antibodies in a cohort of patients with juvenile idiopathic arthritis: Incidence and clinical correlations

Marino A, et al. - The presence of anti-adalimumab antibodies (AAA) and their clinical relevance was evaluated in a cohort of juvenile idiopathic arthritis (JIA) patients on adalimumab. Using an innovative and accurate assay method, a high incidence of anti-drug antibodies was noted over a mean period of 40 weeks. As per findings, the presence of anti-adalimumab antibodies seemed to be associated with the number of relapses.
