Anteromedial fractures of the ulnar coronoid process: Correlation between surgical outcomes and radiographic findings

Chen ACY, et al. - In this retrospective study, experts reported the radiographic findings and surgical outcomes of anteromedial facet (AMF) fracture of the ulnar coronoid process and suggested an optimal approach. In all cases, the mean follow-up was of 2.3 years. They considered the additional proximal ulnar lesions an integral part of varus posteromedial rotatory instability. Authors achieved significantly better functional outcomes by fully addressing those lesions.
