Troyer JD, et al. - In this study, outcomes of anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction (ACLR) were determined in patients over 60 yr of age at the time of reconstruction. Findings demonstrated that ACL reconstruction for symptomatic instability, in the absence of significant osteoarthritis, afforded excellent patient-reported outcomes, high rates of return to preinjury activity level, and low revision risk in patients of this age group.
