The Clinical Respiratory Journal Oct 26, 2017

Cao Y, et al. - This study offers information on the clinical features of invasive bronchopulmonary aspergillosis (IBPA). The clinical manifestations of IBPA were unspecific. Cough and expectorate were reported as the main symptoms. Different imaging findings were obtained in patients with different immunologic function. Furthermore, the halo sign and new moon sign for diagnosis were not as common as reported. Interventional therapy under bronchoscope was considered extremely crucial for patients with ATB.
