Results demonstrated that for decreased FA values in LSS patients involving single L5 nerve root, dural sac cross-sectional area (DSCSA) and sagittal rotation (SR) were primary contributors, suggesting that central canal decompression and segmental stability ought to be the first considerations in preoperative planning of these patients.
