Atsukawa M, et al. - The factors predictive of treatment response to tolvaptan (V2-receptor antagonist) for cirrhotic patients with hepatic edema were explained in a real-world setting. Among cirrhotic patients with hepatic edema, blood urea nitrogen (BUN) level and urinary sodium excretion were closely associated with the response to tolvaptan.
