Mistry SK, et al. – The prevalence of anemia among the adolescent girls (10Â19 years) in Bangladesh was examined, as well as, its socio–demographics distribution was analyzed. This study found the higher number of adolescent girls who were still suffering from anemia in Bangladesh and non–pregnant adolescent girls contributed the most. In order to combat the situation, immediate, long term and sustainable public health intervention would require.
