Thomas R, et al. Â An analysis was carried out to evaluate treatment failures in elderly breast cancer patients treated with primary endocrine therapy (PET) and to determine predictors of failure. In this largest retrospective series evaluating PET treatment failure, clear predictors of failure were identified. These predictors could be used to facilitate treatment decision making.
