Morone J – This study is performed to identify and assess available pediatric social determinants of health (SDOH) screening tools. Despite growing recognition across healthcare that SDOH significantly impacts pediatric health risks, management and outcomes, there is a dearth of available high quality, multidimensional, comprehensive screening tools for pediatric care professionals.
