Blashill AJ, et al. – An integrated biopsychosocial model of indoor tanning behaviors and prospective intentions were inspected among a sample of sexual minority males. The unique pathways of affect regulation and appearance–based motives in indoor tanning behaviors were highlighted in this study. Skin cancer prevention programs targeting the sexual minority males could address the affect and appearance concerns.
