BMC Infectious Diseases Jan 12, 2018
Hajissa K, et al. - Researchers here evaluated the diagnostic utility of a recombinant multiepitope antigen (USM.TOXO1) for the serodiagnosis of human toxoplasmosis. Observations suggested the USM.TOXO1 antigen as an attractive candidate for improving the toxoplasmosis serodiagnosis. They recognized multiepitope antigens as a potential and promising diagnostic marker for the development of high sensitive and accurate assays.
