Chrcanovic BR, et al. – Here the authors explored the available literature regarding ameloblastic fibromas (AF) and ameloblastic fibrosarcomas (AFS). They recommended very long follow–up for AF lesions, due to the risk of recurrence and malignant change into AFS. Moreover, in AFS, segmental resection was the most recommended therapy.
