Alterations in bronchial airway microRNA expression for lung cancer detection

Pavel AB, et al. – This study was designed to figure out whether microRNA-expression was also altered in the bronchial epithelium of smokers with lung cancer. This study highlighted microRNAs whose expression was altered in the cytologically-normal bronchial epithelium of smokers with lung cancer. Also, they seemed to regulate cancer-associated gene expression differences.
