Herman A, et al. – This study resolved to illustrate several cases of allergic contact dermatitis caused by FreeStyle Libre, and to report on isobornyl acrylate as a culprit allergen. Such cases were increasingly being observed. It was deduced that isobornyl acrylate was a relevant culprit allergen. Cross–reactivity to other acrylates was infrequently noted, but the remaining unidentified, contact allergens could still persist in the device.
