Song RJ, et al. - Researchers studied the link between alcohol consumption and risk of coronary artery disease (CAD) among participants of Million Veteran Program. They found that risk of CAD was lower among those U.S. Veterans who reported light-to-moderate alcohol consumption. Furthermore, they noted that drinking frequency may provide a further reduction in risk.
