Palmsten K, et al. - This trial incorporated an assessment of the medication exposure information during pregnancy from the maternal report and medical records, also for rheumatoid arthritis and asthma-related medications. A higher agreement was reported for medications typically used continuously than sporadically. It was discovered that the information on medication use from medical records alone could not be sufficient when studying the upshot of intermittently used medications during pregnancy on perinatal outcomes.
