Falchook AD et al. -The prevalence of aggressive end-of-life care among cancer patients less than 65 years of age is unknown. The current study reported low use of cancer-directed treatment at the end of life for young cancer patients, and hospice use greater than 50%. Hospital-based care was considered high.
