Park TH, et al. - This study incorporated a demonstration of the surgical experiences of aesthetic rhinoplasty using a keystone flap in retroauricular keloids after the conchal cartilage grafts. Researchers concluded that aesthetic reconstruction using a keystone flap created from the mastoid-helix area served as a useful treatment strategy for the retroauricular keloids after conchal cartilage grafts.
